Breakout R&B Group for 2008: I-15

I figured i'd switch up this post and break you off with something that I had been meaning to give to ya'll. I've been a big fan of the R&B group I-15 for a few months now. Some of you may know them because they were featured on Soulja Boy's single "Soulja Girl." The group features singers Das and Castro, and rapper Flash. These guys were recently signed to some kind of a joint venture deal with producer Polow Da Don (I think technically they're still unsigned?), and they are working on their debut album now. Below I posted some of their released tracks, including their debut single "Lost In Love" which was and still is one of my favorite tracks out right now, and that's saying a lot. Anyways, enjoy and stay on the lookout for I-15 in 08', it's gonna be a big year for them!

Yung Berg - Give You The Business

This is a newly leaked track by L.A./Chicago rapper Yung Berg. It's got an R&B vibe to it, and Berg is starting to prove that his thing is doing tracks for the ladies, and he does it well. Just like everybody else in the game, he's tryin to sound like T-Pain on the verses, but this time I actually don't mind it, it sounds pretty good. I believe the female singer on the track is labelmate Nikki Flores, but I don't know for a fact...anyways enjoy!

Razah - The New R in R&B (Mixtape)

Before I got my hands on this (shouts out to my affiliate New Hip Hop and R&B) I had only heard one track from Brooklyn R&B artist Razah. I gave it a go, and loved this mixtape from beginnng to end. The dude has an edgy flare to R&B, and Hip Hop heads will like it cause he's got crazy guest appearances on it (Juelz Santana, Bun B, Memphis Bleek, Papoose, Juvenile and more!). This is one of the best R&B mixtapes I've ever heard, next to the recent Trey Songz mixtapes...enjoy!

Nephu ft. Q Da Kid - She Got Dat Fire

This is new track from R&B group Nephu. They are currently signed to SoSoDef recording, and so far their only fame is that they originally recorded the song "Same Girl" but decided not to buy it, and you all heard what R.Kelly and Usher did with that. Anyways, here's a new track from them and it's pretty bangin for an R&B track, rapper Q Da Kid is featured on it...enjoy!
